Chunks of my life vanish and I have no idea where they go. For instance, my recollection of the last couple months is limited to some vague memories of Sundays, train rides, walking at night and constantly consuming far too much caffeine so that I may stay awake. 1 week of work till 2 weeks of vacationy time. Hurrah. To celebrate my 2 years at BlackRock. Except not. Wow, that's depressing. I remember celebrating my anniversary. By celebrating I mean walking aimlessly around NYC on a friday night. I did not enjoy it.

Nyss 2 week Marathon is definite now.

Saturday relief and portrait sculpture @ Aslofny

Am really rather annoyed that all the sculpture classes on weekends are at the exact same time in the 3 schools I've found that give said classes. Nyaa is not offering one this fall for some reason so that particular decision is much easier. Where would I learn more? Who knows? Nyss was very good but the self-learner in me says 6 hours > 4 hours. The self-learner in me also suggests I stay at home and not bother with classes at all, but has to admit that achieving high levels concentration on my own is much less likely. Therefore, until I learn that particular skill, class it is.

Also annoying and loud toddlers do not help.

Fat lady I am mildly satisfied with. Need to fix her feet cuz they got mangled, and clean up the drapery on the other side.

Why am I posting unfinished things? Because I had to take pics for this nonsense application thing, and as far as I am concerned they are a bit finished now. The remaining parts are mostly cleaning up not very exciting. Clearly I have a loose definition of the term "finished".

Firing the head should be interesting given that I am pretty sure I can't even lift it.

My prediction for end of House Season 6.

Sometime during season 6 House switches back to methodone. At the end of the season, he quits his job and disappears. Somehow it is revealed that he is living in some obscure town perhaps in another country and plays jazz or some other such thing in nightclubs for a living. Sometimes people bring him obscure medical mysteries which he solves for large quantities of money, because hiring hookers to watch you sleep costs more than what playing at nightclubs pays you. Years later at the Princeton Plainsboro Teaching Hospital there still circulate rumors of a legendary insane genius doctor who vanished one day. His ghost is still occasionally seen harassing dumb clinic patients and haunting doctors who were too stupid to come up with diagnoses save their patients. There is no Season 7.
