Every day is like, dealing with crap and enjoying tremendously the thought that very soon I won't have to deal with this particular crap ever again. It is quite nice. And then half an hour later I wonder if I am possibly crazy and deranged and maybe an idiot for planning to quit this beginning of a well-paying career thingy that I have utterly failed at not building. Goddamnit.

Which is actually false, but I still think of it that way. The part about quitting, I mean.

Went to Adrian Belew power trio concert thingie. T'was nice.

1 week of work till 2 weeks of vacationy time. Hurrah. To celebrate my 2 years at BlackRock. Except not. Wow, that's depressing. I remember celebrating my anniversary. By celebrating I mean walking aimlessly around NYC on a friday night. I did not enjoy it.

Saturday relief and portrait sculpture @ Aslofny

Am really rather annoyed that all the sculpture classes on weekends are at the exact same time in the 3 schools I've found that give said classes. Nyaa is not offering one this fall for some reason so that particular decision is much easier. Where would I learn more? Who knows? Nyss was very good but the self-learner in me says 6 hours > 4 hours. The self-learner in me also suggests I stay at home and not bother with classes at all, but has to admit that achieving high levels concentration on my own is much less likely. Therefore, until I learn that particular skill, class it is.

Also annoying and loud toddlers do not help.

Seriously. I hate kids.
